Nvidia CEO Huang Warns of AI Infrastructure Constraints in Chips, Power and Construction Labor
Nvidia Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang said the buildout of artificial intelligence infrastructure is constrained by shortages of chips, memory, land and power, alongside a lack of construction labor to develop data centers.
Huang projected the semiconductor industry will grow 10-fold over the next decade, describing the expansion as an industrial-scale shift rather than a standard boom-and-bust cycle. The anticipated demand is already straining high-bandwidth memory supply chains involving SK Hynix, Micron and Samsung.
