Foxconn has secured its first artificial intelligence server manufacturing contract with SpaceX, valued at approximately $52 billion, according to market reports. The deal involves the production of more than 13,000 rack-mounted systems powered by Nvidia’s GB300 processor, with shipments scheduled to begin late this year and extend into the first quarter of next year.

The contract marks Foxconn’s entry into an AI server market long dominated by Dell and Supermicro, instantly positioning the electronics assembler as a major supplier in the sector. The agreement falls outside the company’s previously issued revenue guidance for the artificial intelligence segment, leading to raised expectations for Foxconn’s parent, Hon Hai Precision Industry, and its Foxconn Industrial Internet subsidiary for the second half of the year. The reports have not yet been independently verified by SpaceX or Foxconn.
