KYEC Invests $1.4B in First U.S. Chip Testing Plant to Serve Nvidia, Broadcom and Other Clients
Chip testing firm KYEC, the primary partner for Nvidia, is investing $1.4B in its first manufacturing plant in the United States, raising 2026 capital spending to $3 billion from NT$50B previously, a record high for the company.
The facility will address a bottleneck in the semiconductor backend process and supply services to clients including Broadcom, Marvell, Intel, Google and Amazon.
