TeraWulf Raises $3.5 Billion in Leveraged Debt to Build Kentucky Anthropic Data Center
TeraWulf is raising about $3.5 billion in debt, marking its first entry into the leveraged loan market, to finance a data center campus in Kentucky.
The company signed a 20-year lease with Anthropic for the Hawesville facility, which will host roughly 401 MW of computing capacity. Operations are targeted to begin in late 2027, with lease payments secured through investment-grade credit support from a major technology provider or the tenant.
