Prime Intellect Raises $130 Million Series A to Build Open Superintelligence Stack
Prime Intellect raised $130 million in a Series A round led by Radical Ventures, with participation from NVIDIA, Intel Capital and Dell Capital. The latest funding round brings together hardware and software investors alongside the startup's existing backers.
Prime Intellect will use the capital to expand the Open Superintelligence Stack, a platform that enables enterprises to train, deploy and continuously improve proprietary AI models and agents without relying on foundational laboratory infrastructure.
