Google unveils its new Pixel 11-series smartphones on August 12, featuring a self-developed Tensor G6 processor built by TSMC on a 2-nanometer process, according to a media report.
The device joins a tight pipeline of smartphones adopting the advanced node, with TSMC also manufacturing Apple’s A20 chip, along with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600 and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Elite Gen 6, which are scheduled for September or the fourth quarter.
