Nutrabolt Picks JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America for $1 Billion US IPO
Nutrabolt, the company behind the C4 energy drink and supplement brands XTEND and Cellucor, has selected JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America to lead a United States initial public offering. The transaction could raise up to $1 billion, according to a Reuters exclusive report citing sources familiar with the matter.
The planned public listing follows a 2022 investment by Keurig Dr Pepper, which purchased a 30 percent stake in Nutrabolt at a valuation of $2.88 billion. The company also holds a minority stake in nutrition brand Bloom Nutrition.
