Vimeo Owner Bending Spoons Prices $1.68 Billion US IPO Above Target Range
Bending Spoons, the software company behind Vimeo, priced its US public offering at $1.68 billion, clearing the upper end of the targeted range. The listing, completed Tuesday, values the Milan-based firm significantly higher than initially expected.
Bending Spoons operates a software roll-up model, acquiring struggling tech businesses and attempting to turn them around. Backers of the company participated in the offering, which follows a period of strong demand for new public listings priced above their starting marks.
