SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won met TSMC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer C.C. Wei in Taiwan for the first time in two years, according to SK hynix.

The leaders discussed next-generation AI technologies, HBM and advanced packaging, in talks that SK hynix said reflected the growing importance of collaboration across the AI value chain.
