US Spot Bitcoin ETFs Extend Record Outflow Streak to 13 Days, Lose $4.33 Billion Since May 15
US spot Bitcoin ETFs have extended their downturn to a record 13 consecutive days of net outflows through June 3, with cumulative withdrawals of $4.33 billion, or about 59,351 Bitcoin, since May 15, according to Galaxy Research. CoinMarketCap separately estimated the total outflow over the streak at about $4.4 billion.
The latest milestone follows previously reported net outflows of $519 million on June 2 and $484 million on June 1, after May saw $2.4 billion of withdrawals. Galaxy Research said the 7-day, 10-day and 20-day rolling outflow windows also set records at $2.78 billion, $3.06 billion and $5.42 billion, while CoinMarketCap said Bitcoin is down about 21% since mid-May.
