On-Chain Data Show BlackRock Deposits $517 Million of Bitcoin to Coinbase Prime After Record IBIT Outflow
On-chain data indicated BlackRock deposited 7,048 Bitcoin, worth about $517 million, into Coinbase Prime on May 28, one day after BlackRock’s IBIT Bitcoin ETF posted a record $527.8 million outflow. The transfer was described as BlackRock’s largest single-day net Bitcoin outflow.
US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $733 million of net outflows on May 27, more than double the roughly $334 million withdrawn on May 26, extending the recent outflow streak. Bitcoin fell below $73,000 on May 28 amid the continued withdrawals.
