GameStop Raises eBay Stake to 6.55% After eBay Rejected $56 Billion Offer
GameStop said in a filing that it increased its stake in eBay to 6.55% from about 5%.
The larger holding comes after eBay earlier in May rejected Ryan Cohen's unsolicited $56 billion buyout offer as "neither credible nor attractive." Cohen has said he intends to keep pursuing a deal.
