Decart raised $300 million at a roughly $4 billion valuation in a funding round backed by Nvidia, with Amazon joining as a strategic customer as the startup expands its real-time AI infrastructure and world-model platform.
The company makes it easier for AI developers to switch between processors from Nvidia, Amazon and other suppliers, and offers real-time generative video and GPU optimization technology. The new valuation is up from $3.1 billion after Decart raised $153 million in August 2025.
