SK Hynix's market capitalization surpassed $900 billion as memory-related assets extended a sharp rally. The newly launched Roundhill Memory ETF, trading under DRAM, has climbed about 90% since its April 2 debut and accumulated $6.5 billion in assets in 36 days.
