James Packer Backs Deal for 15% OnlyFans Stake at $3.1 Billion
James Packer is among investors backing a deal to acquire a 15% stake in OnlyFans at a $3.1 billion valuation, according to a Financial Times report. San Francisco-based Architect Capital is leading the purchase, alongside family offices and private investors.
The report said the transaction would leave control of OnlyFans with the widow of owner Leonid Radvinsky, who died of cancer in March, while allowing more outside investment over time. Part of the plan is to expand financial services for creators who can struggle to obtain bank accounts, the newspaper reported.
