Ollama Adds Claude Desktop Support for Cloud Models

Ollama said it now supports Claude Desktop through Claude’s built-in third-party inference, allowing models from Ollama's Cloud to be used in Claude Cowork and Claude Code from the Claude Desktop app. The company said Claude Cowork can handle tasks autonomously and work with local files and applications, and it also published documentation for the integration.
