OnlyFans, the online platform popular with adult-content creators, has agreed to sell a minority stake to Architect Capital in a deal that values the British company at about $3.15 billion, moving a previously reported investor-backed transaction into an agreed deal.

The stake was earlier reported at roughly 15%. OnlyFans generated $1.4 billion in revenue and $684 million in pretax profit in the year to November 2024. Earlier sale discussions reportedly valued the business at about $3.5 billion excluding debt, or $5.5 billion including debt, for a much larger stake.
