Strategy Pauses Bitcoin Buying, Raises $82 Million
Strategy Inc. said it made no Bitcoin purchases last week, breaking its recent buying streak. Michael Saylor said the company will skip its Bitcoin purchase on Monday and plans to resume next week.
The company sold 492,210 shares last week, raising $82 million, while its Bitcoin holdings remained unchanged at 818,334 BTC. Strategy said those holdings carry an average purchase price of $75,537, and that it still has $26.4 billion of capacity under its stock program as it continues to rely on equity issuance to fund operations.
