Cerebras is seeking to raise as much as $3.5 billion in a US initial public offering by selling 28 million shares at $115 to $125 each, in a deal that would value the artificial-intelligence chipmaker at as much as $26.62 billion. The offering would mark the company’s second attempt to go public.

The company, which also operates data centers, is pursuing the listing as it looks to counter rivals in the sector. Cerebras already has a $20 billion multi-year deal with OpenAI and has said Amazon plans to use its chips alongside Trainium.
