Minnesota Couple and Daughter Face Federal Charges in Reporter Assault Case
A Minnesota couple and their daughter face federal charges in connection with an alleged assault on a Turning Point USA reporter in Minneapolis, according to a New York Post report. Separately, the Hennepin County DA's office said it will file a misdemeanor charge against Chris Ostroushko over the incident.
The county said it was declining to bring obstruction charges against Deyanna, Paige and Paige's boyfriend Lorenzo, who was arrested the day of the incident, citing insufficient evidence as police tried to arrest Paige. The reporter said a grand jury found probable cause for federal charges against Chris Ostroushko, Deyanna and Paige, leaving Chris Ostroushko facing both state and federal charges.
