businesscompany-earnings 11 posts · 10 accounts

Boeing reported first-quarter revenue of $22.22 billion, beating estimates of about $21.8 billion, while its core loss per share was 20 cents, narrower than the 74-cent loss expected. Net loss totaled $7 million, or 11 cents a share, and adjusted free cash flow was negative $1.45 billion, better than expectations for a $2.61 billion outflow. Commercial airplanes revenue was $9.20 billion, below estimates of $10.08 billion.

The company said backlog increased to $695 billion as production stabilized. Boeing is holding 737 output at 42 planes a month and stabilizing 787 production at eight a month, with plans to ramp both programs in 2026 while monitoring supply-chain conditions. It expects certification of the 737-7 and 737-10 in 2026, with deliveries starting in 2027.
