SK Hynix starts mass production of SOCAMM2 modules for Nvidia Vera Rubin
SK Hynix said it has begun mass production of 192GB SOCAMM2 modules for Nvidia's Vera Rubin platform, a modular LPDDR5X memory format pitched at more than 2x the bandwidth and roughly 75% better power efficiency for AI servers.

@jukan05According to industry sources, this year’s SOCAMM2 supply chain priority is Samsung > SK hynix > Micron. What’s interesting is that Samsung is making it on 1b, while SK hynix is using 1c.
