Irving Oil Halts 320,000 BPD Saint John Refinery for Two-Month Turnaround

Irving Oil will begin a roughly two-month maintenance turnaround at its Saint John, New Brunswick refinery on Sept 8 for the facility’s 320,000 BPD capacity.
The scheduled shutdown is designated as Operation Osprey and will temporarily remove a substantial portion of Eastern Canada’s domestic refining output from the market.
