D.C. Circuit Lifts Stay on Release of Biden Interview Tapes in Special Counsel Probe
The D.C. Circuit Court lifted a temporary administrative injunction, allowing the Justice Department to release audio recordings and transcripts from Special Counsel Robert Hur’s classified documents investigation into former President Biden.
The ruling resolves a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the Heritage Foundation and the Oversight Project. The Oversight Project stated it will receive the tapes imminently following the appellate court’s decision.
