European Union Blacklists 1,600 Companies in Record Russia Sanctions Package
The European Union is sanctioning more than 1,600 companies identified as providing material support to Russia's war in Ukraine.
The blacklist represents the largest single sanctions package in the bloc's history, directly targeting the most extensive group of firms blocked in one enforcement action to date.
