Henry AI Raises $16.5 Million Series A to Launch Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Tool
Henry AI has closed a $16.5 million Series A funding round led by FirstMark.
The New York startup, which currently serves 150 commercial real estate brokerages with deck-generation software, launched a new product called Henry Deal to automate commercial property underwriting. One of the round’s lead investors noted he initially advised the founders against building the company two years ago due to a difficult market.
