Palo Alto Networks Buys Embrace to Expand Real-User Monitoring Platform
Palo Alto Networks has agreed to acquire Embrace to add high-fidelity real-user monitoring capabilities to its observability platform, expanding a security business segment that recently surpassed $300 million in annual recurring revenue.
The transaction also introduces a new Synthetics capability to test application performance ahead of user impact. Following the recent acquisition of Chronosphere, the company expects the deal to close in fiscal first quarter 2027. Financial terms were not disclosed.
