Segro Rejects Prologis Third £13.5 Billion Takeover Bid
UK warehouse landlord Segro rejected the latest acquisition proposal from its American rival Prologis, turning down a deal valued at about £13.5 billion.
Prologis characterized the offer as its third, stating it included a 33.8% premium over the warehouse operator’s closing share price on June 23, the day before the initial proposal was disclosed.
