Cognition Acquires Interaction, Maker of Poke AI Agent, to Merge Product With Devin
Cognition has acquired Interaction, the developer of the text-message artificial intelligence agent Poke.
The transaction brings the text assistant under the same roof as Devin, Cognition’s coding platform. CEO Scott Wu stated that both teams built their products around a shared strategy focused on always-on cloud-based computing. Following the deal, the acquired team will relocate its operations from Palo Alto to San Francisco.
