Google Adds Gemini Feature to Slides to Generate Editable Presentations From Documents
Google has added a Gemini feature to Google Slides that generates complete presentations using uploaded Google Docs, Sheets, and PDFs. The tool assembles slide decks in minutes, with the company noting the feature is designed to significantly cut the time spent building decks from scratch.
All generated text, layouts, and formatting elements remain fully editable, preserving standard design controls within the application. The update is rolling out to users immediately.
