Kpler Analysts Track Global Oil on Water to Record 1.35 Billion Barrels, Capping Rally

Floating storage for global oil reached a record 1.35 billion barrels, surpassing the 1.33 billion barrel peak set in late 2025, according to shipping analytics firm Kpler.
Kpler analysts said the large volume of floating barrels could cap the upside of the current rally.
