IREN signed $2.8 billion in new multi-year AI cloud services contracts with leading AI developers and hyperscalers, lifting its year-end 2026 annualized revenue run-rate target from $3.7 billion to more than $4 billion.

About 85% of the revised revenue target is already under contract, with customers prepaying roughly 45% of the related GPU capital expenditure. The company said its AI cloud capacity expanded from approximately 3 MW to 480 MW being delivered this year, with 1.2 GW targeted for 2027.
