Anduril is in discussions with investors for a new financing round that could value the defense technology company at approximately $100 billion, Reuters reported.
The company disputed the characterization of the talks, stating in a statement that any details regarding terms, pricing or timing are speculative and that routine investor conversations do not constitute an active fundraising process. Anduril previously raised $5 billion in a May round at a $61 billion valuation.
