Nvidia produced its first U.S.-made GB300 artificial intelligence chips at TSMC’s Arizona facility, with the 4nm processors rolling off the production line.
CoWoS advanced packaging will serve as the final step to fully localize the chip platform domestically, following a recently reported $1.5 billion deal with Amkor to expand testing capacity in the state.
