TankerTrackers Disputes Reports of First US Strike on Kharg Oil Terminal
Reports that the US hit oil infrastructure on Iran's Kharg Island were disputed, with TankerTrackers saying satellite imagery cited as evidence showed routine gas flaring rather than attack-related fires.
Other reports said the western jetty pumping station and multiple pipelines supplying Kharg's pumping stations had been struck. If confirmed, it would be the first US strike specifically targeting oil infrastructure at Kharg, Iran's main oil export terminal.
