Aehr Test Systems Shares Rally 26% As Revenue Guidance To $140M Beats Estimates By 64%
Aehr Test Systems reported fourth-quarter earnings that beat analyst estimates and set fiscal 2027 revenue guidance at $140M, nearly double the $85M forecast. The semiconductor equipment maker generated $61M in quarterly bookings and closed with a $100M backlog, posting earnings per share of $0.11 against a negative consensus.
Growth was driven by expanding demand for burn-in solutions in artificial intelligence processors, silicon photonics, and power semiconductors. The company added $8M in new silicon carbide orders over the past month, including a direct contract with a top three global automaker, while existing hyperscale customers expanded their device purchases. Shares gained 26% in after-hours trading following the report.
