Bitmine, the crypto investment company founded by Tom Lee, purchased 20,500 Ether from Galaxy Digital on Thursday for approximately $36 million, according to blockchain data platform Lookonchain.
The transaction follows a separate acquisition of 40,000 Ether bought earlier this week from FalconX and Kraken. The combined purchases bring the firm's recent Ether accumulation to 60,500 tokens.
