Taiwan’s semiconductor exports in June rose 33.4% year-on-year to $24.11 billion, raising first-half chip export revenue to $133.17 billion.
The advance reflects strong demand for artificial intelligence hardware, with DRAM export values climbing 158.5% to $18.55 billion. Broader Taiwan exports also hit a June record of $74.83 billion, up 40.3%, while total chip imports rose 62.6% in the first six months to $95.55 billion.
