Robinhood Chain DEX Volume Surpasses $1 Billion in First Week, Flipping Ethereum and Base
Robinhood Chain surpassed $1 billion in 24-hour decentralized exchange volume in its first week, overtaking Ethereum and Hyperliquid to become the busiest network for decentralized trading. The activity was driven almost entirely by Uniswap, which accounted for 99.5% of the trading volume on the network.
Memecoin trading accelerated rapidly, pushing the sector's total market cap to $244 million, a 33% increase in one day. In terms of on-chain processing, the network recorded 10.8 million transactions yesterday, eclipsing Base's 7.9 million. Trading activity continued to climb over the weekend as new smart contracts and active trader accounts expanded on the network.
