Securitize Begins Trading on NYSE Following $1.25 Billion Valuation
Securitize has begun trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SECZ, advancing the Miami-based digital asset tokenization company from an approved listing plan to an active public-market debut. The trading follows the completion of its SPAC merger with Cantor Equity Partners II and values the firm at approximately $1.25 billion. Early market data showed shares gaining about 12% on their first day.
Securitize provides infrastructure that allows capital markets to tokenize and trade real-world assets, such as private credit and fund shares.
