AI Evaluation Platform Arena Crosses $100 Million Annual Revenue Run Rate
AI evaluation platform Arena announced it reached a $100 million annualized revenue run rate, eight months after launching its commercial evaluation product.
The company, which originated as a UC Berkeley student and research project focused on human preference voting for chatbots, has expanded its platform to assess AI agents handling complex, multi-turn tasks. Arena's business model captures live data from post-deployment user interactions, allowing businesses to measure real-world performance metrics such as task completion rates and hallucination rates. The platform currently serves over 10 million monthly visitors and has processed more than 700 million conversations.
