NHTSA Opens Special Probe Into Fatal Tesla Model 3 Crash Near Houston
The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has begun a special crash investigation into a Tesla Model 3 that slammed into a home near Houston on Friday evening, killing a woman inside. The driver told law enforcement he was using Tesla’s Autopilot system when the vehicle hit the house, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
