SpaceX Signs $6.3 Billion Compute Deal With Reflection AI for Access to Nvidia GB300s
SpaceX signed a computing-power agreement with Reflection AI, an open-source AI startup, that could total about $6.3 billion through 2029. The contract gives Reflection immediate access to Nvidia GB300 chips at SpaceX’s Colossus 2 data center, with payments of $150 million a month starting July 1, 2026.
Either company can terminate the deal with 90 days’ notice after the first three months. The contract is the latest in a series of computing agreements for SpaceX as it expands its AI infrastructure business and rents Colossus capacity to outside AI companies.
