Bitwise Hyperliquid ETF Stakes More Than 1 Million HYPE After $5.18 Million Buy
Bitwise’s BHYP, a spot Hyperliquid exchange-traded fund, is now staking more than 1 million HYPE tokens after Bitwise bought another 77,097 HYPE worth about $5.18 million. The purchase extends Bitwise’s strategy of directing 10% of BHYP ETF fees toward buying and staking HYPE on its balance sheet.
The milestone adds to continued growth in spot Hyperliquid products, which have neared $900 million in cumulative trading volume and $153 million in net inflows roughly one month after launch. It also follows a rally in Hyperliquid’s HYPE token, which earlier climbed above $76 to a record high.
