Tom Lee's BitMine Buys $213.57 Million of Ether, Taking Holdings to 4.59% of Supply
Tom Lee's BitMine said it bought 126,971 Ether over the past week for about $213.57 million, lifting its holdings to 5,543,872 ETH valued at roughly $9.32 billion. The position amounts to 4.59% of Ethereum's circulating supply.
The scale of the treasury leaves BitMine about $819.86 million short of 5% of supply. In its latest disclosure, the company said total crypto and cash holdings were about $9.6 billion, including 4.72 million staked ETH and $247 million in cash.
