SEC Clears T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF for NYSE Arca Listing With Up to 15 Digital Assets
The US Securities and Exchange Commission approved a rule change allowing the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF to be listed and traded on NYSE Arca. The actively managed fund is set up to hold about five to 15 cryptocurrencies, with candidate assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin and Shiba Inu.
The proposal was first filed in November 2025 and was cleared after two amendments. The fund may also use USDC for operational cash needs, but not as an investment asset, and the approval marks T. Rowe Price’s first attempt to enter the crypto ETF market.
