USDAI Closes Record $98.1 Million Debt Facility for 2,304 Nvidia B300 GPUs

USDAI said it closed a record $98.1 million, three-year debt facility to support the deployment of 2,304 Nvidia B300 GPUs across 288 servers for DuosEdgeAI, with Hydra Host managing the deployment. The facility carries a 12% APR, and $84.1 million has been escrowed and is earning 7% until the GPUs are installed and online.

The transaction highlights a financing model aimed at helping AI companies buy chips rather than rent compute capacity. USDAI has described the structure as turning GPUs into programmable collateral for compute-backed credit, and has said deal sizes are rising month over month as publicly traded companies begin to borrow against the platform.
