Strive Buys 2,500 Bitcoin for $185 Million, Lifting Holdings to 19,000 BTC
Strive bought an additional 2,500 Bitcoin for about $185.2 million at an average cost of about $74,092 per coin, lifting its holdings to 19,000 BTC. The transaction marks the latest disclosed increase in the company's Bitcoin position.
The purchase follows Chief Executive Matt Cole's confirmation that Strive would expand the firm's at-the-market capital programs by $4.2 billion to ramp up Bitcoin accumulation. Earlier disclosures had put Strive's holdings at 16,500 coins after a separate purchase of 1,109 BTC.
