Flourish Raises $500 Million at Reported $2.5 Billion Valuation for Brain-Like AI
Flourish has raised $500 million at a reported $2.5 billion valuation to build Cortex AI, a brain-like synthetic intelligence system designed to use less power than large language models.
The startup is bringing together neuroscientists and AI researchers to study the brain and use those findings to create a more efficient form of AI that learns like people do. The round included $100 million from Jeff Bezos.
