Factorial Raises $150 Million at $2.5 Billion Valuation to Expand AI Agents
Barcelona-based HR software startup Factorial raised a $150 million Series D led by General Catalyst at a $2.5 billion valuation. The company plans to use the funding to expand its AI agents and grow in Germany.
The financing comes as Factorial expands across Europe, with Germany identified as a priority market. Separately, General Catalyst has committed an additional $540 million through its Customer Value Fund.
